Enjoy working out here! Cardio Machines are always available and the gym is kept clean. The trainers seem genuine and offered advice when I had a question about resistant training even though I am not a personal training client.

This place is great so far, machines are nice, people do their own thing, n as a single mom LOVE THE DAYCARE. Having my complimentary PT session next wk...excited. oh n my insurance pays for it...wwwhhhhaaattt I'm in love with it!!!
