Cindy is the best I have been attending her classes for years she is an amazing instructor and a great person her body blast and cycle classes are my favorite
I have healthways membership so can go to many gyms, but the Camp Hill Golds is my "home"! The staff is always friendly and remembers me from coming in so much, the trainers acknowledge you when they see you working hard on your own and invite you to their classes and the members are supportive and become a friendly face! Its just a great atmosphere to obtain your goals..thanks guys!
I love this gym. The staff is super helpful, and extremely friendly, I've made good friends with some of the employees of all ages. The child care is great, affordable and gets me my workouts in. The childcare staff is extremely caring, friendly and proactive. I attend some of the classes and the instructors are educated and up beat, and make you want to be there! I recommend Golds Gym Camp Hill to everybody I meet looking to join a gym.
I love this place!! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The facility is always clean! And I've met some really nice people there!! I would recommend this Gym to everyone!!
