The atmosphere here is good compared to other gyms in the area. Somewhat cliquey. The equipment is fair at best. Very little improvement over the years. Just mainly reorganization of the setup. The membership prices are also marked at a fair rate. Not the best but not the worst.
I love it. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I love the classes, the motivation, and I'm seeing results. :-)
Gold's Gym in Camp Hill is very clean, perfectly lite, and has a ton of free-weights and nautilus machines. It is very well kept and the staff is very friendly and encouraging.
