Camp Hill's Gold's Gym has the best workout classes and the best instructors around here. It has really been a eye opening experience and saved my emotional wellbeing!

The Body Flow class is fantastic! Great balance to the more aerobic class offerings. Don't get rid of this one.
I love golds gym. I kept my membership active. I don't understand why you close so early on Friday sat and sun nights - not like other local gyms who stay open 1-2 hours later. Why I haven't been working out here in a long time plus my health has not been great. What's up with the early weekend hours?
I feel better at 35 than I did at 25... And I just had a baby. All thanks to the Gold's Gym class instructors!!
