I do Zumba there & the have a clean gym & friendly staff👍👍
Has a very close knit “family” feel when you work out there. Everyone speaks to everyone from the staff and trainers to the people actually working out. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to make positive fitness changes
The variety of classes are great. Body combat is awesome. Christine and Melissa are awesome trainers and instructors. I'd like to see an additional later evenings times besides regular times for the body combat class and possibly more Saturday's and added Sunday's.
Not as nice as the Linglestown one, but still a nice gym... member beware that there is a female member that is a thief!!! Stole my brand new north face jacket out of the Women’s locker room! Not the gyms fault, but be aware that classless women are members here.
The kids club is amazing and the two girls working today were fabulous and really helped me feel comfortable with leaving my toddler there while I got a quick workout in. Everyone I came in contact with was great.
great staff and good environment
Knowledgeable staff, everyone was friendly would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area. I spoke to a employee named Keith he was very friendly and patient with all my questions. The facility was very clean and the equipment was all functioning. 5 stars all around.
