RecommendedThe employees at Golds gym are awesome! The trainers really get to know you and your goals on a personal level and target your workout to meet your needs. I’ve trained with Austin and Josh and enjoy the diversity of the workouts they plan for me. The Studio classes are a great compliment to the personal training this location offers. If you are thinking about this gym or adding to your existing workout go talk to John!
RecommendedI would recommend. Currently the bath room are out of order due to a septic issue. I honestly feel it should have been solved by now but great staff. Clean facility.

RecommendedI signed up for a 3 day pass and joined the 2nd day. I got a great military discount and really love the weight equipment, sauna, and the Golds Amp app with the personal training is pretty awesome and great price for everything included.
RecommendedGolds is best quality gym in the area. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fantastic class instructors. Rates are affordable and even have monthly rates for those college kids home on break. Come try it out for yourself!

Not being allowed to swim from 5:30pm-6:30pm for their aqua class, which I've never witnessed more than 5 people actually come to the class. I was told tonight I might be able to stay to swim because of only 3 people showing 10 minutes late, but if I splashed too much I'd be asked to leave.....I'm sorry, is that not a risk when you enter a pool?
