it's a really peaceful atmosphere, staff is great and a lot of super equipment and for me, the most important thing is that the music is not obnoxious.
The sales people will lie and mislead you. Don't sign their contract. Cancelling the membership is next to impossible! The trainers are arrogant and there is no management whatsoever. The equipment is wearing out with no repairs made. AND....forget about the smoothie bar....they advertise all kinds and flavors of smoothies but you are lucky if you get what you want. They are always out of something....sometimes protein powder, sometimes flavors, sometimes lids, sometime straws....always something. Horrible experience!
The workers and trainers there are wonderful. I loved them. However, I had to cancel my membership due to personal issues. I was told that I was canceling within the 30 day money back guarantee policy. I met the requirements for that and submitted my cancellation form. Then, I got charged again. I’ve called several times and the managers have never gotten back in touch with me. The managers are what is lacking in this gym. The rest of the employees, including the trainers, are wonderful. Henry was awesome! he showed us the gym and it is huge has a pool spa and saunas too very very pleasant experience

No doubt for me, the best gym. Great equipment, plenty to go around, barely a wait time. Everyone’s friendly & encouraging. The personnel really want to help achieve your goals. My kids love the children area & staff. Just a overall good environment to workout.
great workout equipment .. the staff there is always so friendly and welcoming to everyone that walks through their doors. Awesome place !
