Not being allowed to swim from 5:30pm-6:30pm for their aqua class, which I've never witnessed more than 5 people actually come to the class. I was told tonight I might be able to stay to swim because of only 3 people showing 10 minutes late, but if I splashed too much I'd be asked to leave.....I'm sorry, is that not a risk when you enter a pool?
RecommendedI love Golds! Not only do they have state of the art equipment, their Golds classes are good and their studio classes are top notch. I have also been involved with personal training with John and he pushes me to levels I didn’t know I could achieve, I am seeing results and meeting goals. I would recommend not only joining but talking to John about what they offer and what he can do to help you achieve your goals.

all work to be done can be done here...just a bit crowded round 5oclock..
It’s really a nice gym. The equipment is in good shape and even when it is packed I can still get through my workout with minimal disruption.
