Gold's has continued to bill my credit card after I was a member of the Cherrydale Gym that completely shut down. I received email confirmation back in May that my account was cancelled but they continue to bill me every month. I have had to dispute every charge with my credit card company every month.
This company practices borderline fraudulent business practices. I called, emailed, been to the gym twice and still can’t get the membership cancelled. They won’t allow you to cancel by email, when I’ve come in person TWICE, only managers are allowed to cancel the membership and been informed to come between the hours of 9 and 5, interesting business practice for a gym that will accept memberships anytime of the day. Beware of this company...

Can’t even get employees here to open the door up! Open at 5 am , here it is 530 am and still nobody here to in lock the door!!!!

GOLD GYM GREER SC 1- I get in check in and this short blond women told me and a very mean rude way “read this sign” which was about Should wear a mask 😷 but never says is “REQUIRED” Because if was required she wouldn’t be eating in the front desk. During COVID19 food bring bacteria 🦠 and germs, this is a Gym not a restaurant, is why every place has break rooms and the stuffing have breaks, 2- I saw the rest of the members walk in and out with no mask and a women I believe she was a member of GG going out finished her worko... read more

RecommendedCleanest gym I’ve been to! Equipment has been marked clearly for social distancing,!/along with directional arrows. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of room for activities!
