If something goes wrong and you want to contact a manager, nobody will answer your calls. We had twice issues with payments and it took us forever to sort it out and to get our money back.
Great gym. The morning group is dedicated and we work out hard. Sometimes the cleaning crew is a little slack. We need sports on TV 4 or 7 for those treadmillers. Love this gym and except for slack cleaning sometimes is why this is 4 star and not 5.
They rob you of your money people don't know how to do their jobs and they tell you that when you go in to cancel it though it will be canceled and all the sudden you get a charge for next month which overdraws an account when you don't have the dang money in there nothing but worthless pile of s*** company never go there all they do is take your money and lie

Super clean amazing facility, filled with friendly, knowledgeable professional trainers, instructors, & sales associates. Love the warm welcome each time I walk through the door. All of reasons I keep coming back and stay motivated. Bravo Gold’s Gym, Greer! Keep up the good work.
