Being going to this gym for about 3 years. It’s great. Anyone can find their workout there. Staff is glad to assist in anyway.
Well the owner fired an 8 1/2 month pregnant staff member the other day. Disgusting. Who will hire her in that condition? How is she going to provide for her and her baby? At least let her have the maternity leave. Oh that's right - that's not management's problem. Shaun is inhuman.

Today’s Water Aerobics class by Maria was superb! She is so positive, energetic and encouraging. I just found out about the Tuesday/Thursday class. It is great!!
This place is a scam! They don't explain their contracts. My daughter is stuck in a contract she can't use. She is now enrolled in college and can work out at school but because she is going to college within 50 miles of a Gold's location, they won't release her from the contract. Several of their employees told her it was no problem to release her from her contract if but they keep charging her debit card. BEWARE before you sign on the dotted line!
I absolutely love how friendly the staff is, it’s been months since I have been to the gym and they still remember my children and myself. I love all of the classes and instructors, such a great environment.
