Piss poor management. They are using CV as an excuse to keep their facilities closed or on otherwise shortened hours. I have called and called. I joined this gym because it was super close to my home, and I assumed as a Gold’s Gym it would be a nice place! So wrong. So. Wrong. With the exception of the ladies that work the front desk and in the childcare (they are all pretty fantastic) this place is one step away from a hell hole. A dirty nasty hell hole. Customer service is terrible. Because I cannot go to the gym in person, I sent a letter over two weeks ago. I'm trying to cancel my membership which is expiring. These people do not respond. I do not recommend signing anything to do with this establishment.
Golds gym was by far one of my top choices for a gym but not so much anymore. This is my 2nd time experiencing extremely poor customer service. I paid for a personal trainer back in the beginning of March 3 appointments were missed do to the trainers not being available no one reached out to me or anything letting me know my appointments were canceled. I was told I would be refunded and given free classes for the inconvenience but none of which fell through. I understand due to the shut down I couldn’t be given the sessions ... read more
Great space to work out in, all the weight lifting stuff I want, nice collection of members to shoot the breeze with, good hours, fair price
