Don’t think there are any problems. Been around enough to say that there is always room for improvement. I don’t know what that would be however. Staff is pleasant and machines are constantly being updated.

We apologize that your experience was less than satisfactory and are taking it up with all of our staff to instruct them how to handle these situations better. We take all of our member feedback very seriously and will make sure the staff is addressing all issues large and small.
Called and cancelled our membership when we moved, and they continued to bill us for the next 2 YEARS - Past what our contract even said! Definitely a scam to get money out of people! We haven't lived in the state in those two years and yet they still make it an obstacle course to cancel the damn membership that should have expired already! They say they see that you called to cancel in 2015... but sorry, you still owe us _$ for 2016 and 2017...

Kendall, I pulled up your account. I see that you came in and canceled on 10/30. You had a balance which you paid. I don’t see anything charged since that day. Not sure where the issue was. Unless you tried to cancel when you still owed past dues?
