RecommendedBest decision I’ve ever made was to live here. The new buildings are Gorgeous inside and out. The facilities are wonderful. And the staff will always be my favorite part of golden pond. It’s like a second family!
LOVE LOVE LOVE Golden Pond Apartments. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. Anytime that I have ever needed anything or had an issue maintenance, management, and the leasing agents are ALWAYS there for me. They have gone above and beyond their duties several times to make sure that I am as comfortable in my home as possible. I would not live anywhere else in Springfield!
We just moved out of Golden Pond after being there for a year. Apartment living isn’t our favorite, but the ladies in the office have been the most amazing people the whole year we lived there. They treated my kids like they were their own. Any issue we had, they were on top of it. We lived in the new build and they were very nice. The rooms were decent size and the closets were big too. If we didn’t want a yard for our kids and a little bit more room, we would have stayed. I would highly recommend Golden Pond.
I have lived at Golden Pond a year here in about a week and it has been an amazing experience. The front office staff is super friendly, when you walk in you feel so welcome and like you’re really wanted there. Anytime I’ve ever needed anything they have been super helpful and didn’t even think twice about it. Definitely recommend:)
I just retired and left Springfield. For the past 5 years I've lived at Golden Pond and had a great experience there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A special 'shout-out' to Jen with whom I usually spoke. The few maintenance needs I had were addressed quickly. I always felt safe and secure. Parking was never an issue as there is more than enough space for tenants and their guests. The price was very competitive--in fact they are cheaper than comparable apartments. I can't say enough about the friendly staff! They were so helpful. Kind, and patient. I appreciate that they treated me with genuine politeness. Being a service based business owner myself, I really look at customer service providers. And they all get 5 stars!
Great location, friendly neighbors, quiet gym, and love all the pools for summer.
