We haven't even moved in yet, we applied for June 1st, but the ladies in the office are absolutely FABULOUS! They're kind enough to walk prospective tenants through every step of the rental process, they adore dogs, didn't bat an eye at two college students bringing their 21 year old along for the rental, and they're just about the nicest people you could hope to meet. They're 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 all the way!
It's a great complex! We just moved in this week. The neighbors are quiet, the staff are nice, and there are cute dogs galore! This is my first time living the apartment life, and so far, I love it. Free internet & cable. All utilities are included except electric. Highly recommend.
Everyone at the office is so incredibly helpful and nice. The apartments are super clean and quiet and the perfect place for little ones! Security is always driving around and super helpful as well. Anytime you go into their office your met with a smile and go out of their way to accommodate any way they can! 10/10, honestly; highly recommend!

These are some of the best apartments my husband and I have lived in. The staff are always so friendly and we’ve always been taken well care of. The only reason we are leaving is because my husband got transferred with his job to Oklahoma. Anytime I have friends that say they’re looking for a place to live I always recommend Golden Pond.
We have lived at Golden Pond since 2014. The staff is friendly, they always go above and beyond when helping. I love my apartment, the community is clean and well taken care of. Maintenance is fast and friendly.
