We have brought cars into Matt, we have been seen immediately , and he has always suggested the most cost effective solution. He is currently replacing our clutch and transmission, we will get the car back tomorrow. We should have taken it to him right when we bought it, and from now on, we will make sure to have him do the upkeep on our vehicles. Thank you Matt for the honesty and time.

My jeep was towed because it wouldn't start. It ended up being a bad battery. They gladly worked with auto zone to get me a free battery. Luckily I still had a warranty. He gave me a good deal on the labor to replace it as well.

I came here last minute when my check engine light came on and my car was fixed within an hour. I called and was told I could bring it right away, I knew what was wrong about 15 minutes later, and the repair was done right after that. It was a simple repair and inexpensive, which also lets me know that this is an honest business, and that isn't always as easy to come by as you would hope it would be. Nice guy working there too.

Had a bad fuel pump replaced on my daughter's Ford Escape that was stalling. The dealership wanted over a thousand dollars to replace it. I called Matt at about 3:45pm, and he told me to bring it in, and that it will be done in the morning. And sure enough... he called me at 11:03 am to come pick it up. He did exactly what I wanted, and only what I wanted. No muss, no fuss! That's what I like when I need something done!

Had my car dropped off for a quick diagnostic test. Mat is very personable and friendly and glad to have a chat while we waited for the tow truck. Nice guy.

I am so glad I found this mechanic. I called in the morning about an electrical wiring problem (rat chewed wires and disabled driver side window and door/window controls) and the owner Matt was able to check it out same day. I dropped off the car at 1:30pm and it was ready by 4pm. Everything works perfectly now and he charged me way less than if I had brought it to the Volkswagen dealership . I was in a panic, my daughters car stopped in Fairfield! All of my mechanics were in Vallejo which would cost $70+just to get it to them. Our loaner car was only good for 1 day. So, I goggled mechanics in Fairfield, read reviews and ended-up at GG Auto. Matt was awesome- he was calm which calmed me; he didn't seem to mind that I called often. Sooo happy I came to this place. My check engine light come on monday. Called the hobby shop on travis afb (i work on base so i figured it be more convenient ) told them my light was on, they told me 40 to check. Brought it to them the next morning found out it was 89. Came here after looking at yelp reviews. Stopped by without an appointment to see if they could check my car out as my ac was not working. Matt helped and my car was worked on right away. Waited an hour and everything was good to go!
