Very Clean, good lay out. nice equipment , good staff,..........
I love this place! I have been doing the group training and I just love my trainer. The people in the group are so helpful and friendly. I have always been apprehensive about going to gyms because the staff and clients are snooty but not here. I'm so glad I just happened to drive by this place on my way to my first day of work down the street :)
Best place to train... for competition and for life!
Hoop is a great class. Instructors Whitney and Jeanette, each with her own style, will get your hips moving and your heart pumping. A fun cardio workout. Join the class, you won't be sorry!
I love this place, the staff is friendly. There is a good selection of machines. Love this place!
