Great gym. Well equipped with plenty of space to move. Many great classes for those want to get involved. I also appreciate the warm staff who always greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave. If your looking for a gym Gold's Liverpool is worth a visit.
Gold's Gym is like a home away from home. The atmosphere provides a spirit of friendliness and caring. Staff provides a consistent awareness of the needs of club members, and are always available to provide instructional techniques that aid in the success of members' goals. There are many machines which provide the added aid in body building. Exercise groups are many and serve varied age groups and levels, and they are fun. Love this gym,One of the best around! Great staff and great environment.
Love this place it is close to home and works for me with the kids. Drop them off and work out! Also the staff is absolutely amazing!!! The swim lessons for the kids is great too! My kids love coming here!!!!
The worst business to deal with ever! Not only does the gym suck but dealing with gold's gym as a whole has been the worst experience ever! Careful canceling your membership because they will turn around and charge you even though you canceled before your next bill due. They must not think people work for a living and some of us do more than work in a gym and must travel for work. Definitely never dealing with a gold's gym again. 100% why I went to CrossFit! Again worst business to deal with ever!
Indoor track is great, weight room could use a few updates but for the most part awesome gym with friendly staff!
