I love Gold"s Gym, the instructors are incredible, Lauren works the front desk who is always helpful. I feel like the people at Gold's is family. My husband and I have been members for 2 plus years and We both enjoy going several times a week. And we feel incredible after we do our workouts, Zumba is a lot of fun , along with groove, blast, power, yoga with Rosemary is amazing. Come join us you will not regret it.
My girlfriend and I love going to the gym. It's great to have an awesome workout together, but the kids love it as well and April Warner in the kids area is so fantastic! Our boys love coming to the gym and seeing her during the week! She is absolutely amazing with the kids and such an awesome friend. We definitely need more people like her watching our kids!!!
I have been going here for almost a year and I absolutely love it here! All the equipment you could possibly need, the indoor track and pool are definitely a bonus, the daycare is amazing, and the staff here is the absolute best! Super friendly and helpful! Lauren and Jenny are the best there!! Anytime I need help or have questions they're always more than happy to help!
I believe this to be one of the best places that I have ever had the pleasure of working out with! The staff is extremely friendly and I usually go first thing in the morning at five am and the front desk associate is always greeting me with a smile! She is someone who makes every single one of her patrons feel welcome and excited to come back the next day! Gold's Gym Liverpool is the best gym in the area hands down. I've been working out here for over a year and couldn't be happier. Great employees and a great layout of the gym. Come check it out!
