Been going there for 4 years and thought the care was okay at first until the billing became a problem. With each bill received they never show my co-pay credits and the running balance doesnt balance to the bottom line. When referred to specialists the specialit even thought he stated nothing was wrong and all my tests were negative still wanted me to come back and scheduled me for the amx number of visits my insurance would allow. My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Brandle for almost 20 years. He is a smart, compassionate down-to-earth person. You are always given plenty of time to discuss your problem. He then thoughtfully gives you advice. My husband has Parkinson's Disease. Dr. Brandle was the doctor who diagnosed him. Since then as his primary-care doctor he has done everything possible to insure he sees a movement disorder specialist thus getting the best care. BEEN SEEING THIS DR. FOR 15 YEARS (BEFORE HE CAME TO GOLD RIVER) HE NEVER DID SHOW MUCH COMPASSION TO ME BUT I STUCK WITH HIM.I ALWAYS THOUGHT HE WAS JUST THERE FOR THE MONEY,NOW HE HAS PROVEN IT.I CALLED FOR AN APPT. AND EXPLAINED THAT I AM NOW LAID OFF WITH NO INSURANCE AND THAT I WOULD PAY CASH.THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT SEE ME BECAUSE OF THIS. I GUESS CASH RULES DOES NOT APPLY MORE.
