Then, my original house sold in less than a week, so the entire process was so smooth! I was not disappointed!

Brad Goddes and his team are truly phenomenal! We trusted him 100% of the way and followed his advice (get a storage unit, spruce up the landscaping for curb appeal, etc) to put our home on the market. Small stuff generally speaking, but it made a difference! Brad was always there encouraging us. Very knowledgeable and open with comments and feedback. He, again, is truly phenomenal and has your best interest at heart.
