Brad was so engaged with us during the entire process of buying our home. He was a quick texter and was handling all of the things on the other side, while educating and explaining to us the tips of the trade. He got us to a price that we were excited about right off the bat. And everyone else on his team was so friendly!
RecommendedBrad did a great job working with me at each step to determine our best course of action and I’m very happy to have worked with a friend of over 20 years. Our sale certainly wasn’t easy with the first buyer cancelling the day before closing right after the big COVID increase in late March, contestations over the earnest money (which we secured), and delays from the eventual buyer. In the end, we achieved our goal with a full price offer!
Brad and his team were first class to work with and made me completely comfortable throughout the entire process of getting my place ready to sell to buying a new home.
