Mr Goddess was very insightful and knowledgeable concerning all aspects of selling our home. He not only knew the market and priced the home correctly but he was very responsive at all phases of the home sale. We trusted him 100% of the way and followed his advice (get a storage unit, spruce up the landscaping for curb appeal, etc) to put our home on the market.
