Bought a home last year in North Scottsdale. I was interested in a specific school district in order to keep my kids in the same schools. Brad found a neighborhood pocket of homes that did just that. The homes in this area were more affordable and newer than the areas I thought to look. He negotiated well and quickly before anyone else had a chance to grab the house that I got. Thanks!
