I used Brad to buy a home 5 years ago. Now I used him to resell that home at just about DOUBLE what I paid for it. He also just got me into the home of my dreams… in this market. It was pretty competitive and he knew just how to position my offer to get the home in this crazy market. It couldn’t have gone better.
Brad and his team are absolutely fantastic! Everything from A to Z was taken care of. We were quite picky in regards to what we wanted and we had no push back or rush from Brad. I can't even remember how many houses we've seen before we found The One and the whole Brad's team: Kristin, Karly and of course Brad himself were extremely patient and helpful to us. I cannot imagine going to the market again and not using Brad.
