Terrible customer service. Refused to do my scheduled gel manicure because supposedly taking off the gel I already had on would take “an hour” which is nonsense. The manicurist took about 10 minutes to remove the gel. And they STILL refused to give me my gel manicure how i had scheduled because they “didnt have enough time and only had 5 minutes”. The front desk lady didn’t even give the least bit of sympathy or at least showed initiative to try to accommodate me. I had to keep pushing for them to even see me because I drove... read more
High-quality work and outstanding staff but the memberships and packages are unrealistic. The only way to pay a fair price here is to pay upfront for a full year of services in advance. Who can do that? With a transient international Miami clientele you’d think they would think of more flexible incentives to fit their demographic.
