Constant cold-calling with "great news" about the vehicle I bought a few years ago. Despite telling them multiple times that we are not currently interested in trading in our vehicle and asking them to stop calling, they continue to call our home and our cell phones. Your pushy sales tactics are not helping, and chances are that our next new Ford will not come from your dealership.
