A big thank you to Terry Howard and Steve Bowker for there help, we got a good price on our trade in and ended up with a very nice 2014 Ford Focus, this is our second vehicle we have purchased at Glockners and so happy with both. Service department is great. They found the what was causing the knocking sound and took care of it. My 2014 explorer runs like a brand new one.
