Terry Howard was so helpful and friendly. He listened to our needs and wants and worked it out. Everyone in the building was friendly and ready to help from questions to providing us with a cold water. Very nice and hassle free experience.
Wowsers! They deserve 10 stars but there isn't an option to do so. These employees have gone above and beyond assisting me. Super friendly service, and superior salesmanship! I wanna first start with Fred Hogan who got the ball rolling for me, then he passed the ball to Steve Bowker to help me to find a vehicle that would work for me and my littles. Then Aaron Williamson stepped in and helped me seal the deal! Glockner definitely has some invaluable employees, that the need to hold on to!
Thank you for working with me on the purchase of the 2012 Fusion. I really like the car a lot. I knew that I had to keep it reasonable because I knew my insurance would go up, and you all went above and beyond to get me a payment that I could afford.
After visiting numerous dealerships and meeting a couple rude salesmen I can honestly say Fred Hogan made our buying experience wonderful! He was so nice, helpful, and made the buying process smooth. If you are looking for a vehicle I would definitely recommend Fred Hogan.

Unfortunately, not a great experience. Took vehicle in for oil change and inspection in Feb., all green checks, good to go. I go back in last part of June for scheduled service only to find out back brakes were essentially gone and rotors are damaged. $50 maintenance booms to $500 visit, and I can't help but wonder if they'd have just inspected the vehicle as they indicated they did just a few months earlier, could this all have been avoided? Sam Bowker helped in place of Sam Bays who was on vacation. Sam helped me in finding the car I wanted and did a great job in getting the best price. Sam also showed me how to work all the insterments on the dash. I dealed with this dealship before and that is the reason I aways come back
