I was in a car addict to 7/1 that totaled my car car, the person at faults car and I had injuries treated by UPMC. I was told to get a follow up appointment ASAP with my PCP, whom moved to Glenwood Medical Center. They initially told me they had zero appointments open and nothing they could do. My wonderful doctor, sadly just joined this group. Their staff is INCAPABLE of answering a phone! If you want to make an appointment, good luck! It will take about a day of waiting on hold! How much does it cost to hire ONE PERSON WITH A BRAIN to run an office? It's been done since the phone was invented. Now that insurance companies control whether you live of die (not your doctor) we are doomed!

When I went to pick up my prescription on 7/21/17 the waiting room had quite a group of angry people. I always signed a sheet when I picked this prescription up and have absolutely no problem doing this. Dr. Thompson had me call and tell them a few days before I pick it up so I did the same thing I have always done. DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDICAL FACILITY. Ever since it changed hands last week from Dr Johns and Dr Thompson I found nothing but incompetent staff and doctors. Cant do simplest duties like answer phones, etc. You have been warned.
