I have stayed at many Marriott properties, but the customer service I received at the Glenn Hotel was, by far, the best I have had anywhere. They made sure that we had everything we needed. They provided a charger for our phone when we lost ours. We felt well taken care of. We had never stayed there (this was an emergency overnight stay after our car stalled), but we will definitely be coming back on a leisure trip. Thanks for everything, Glenn Hotel staff!
Valet backed my vehicle into the wall of the parking garage and then blamed me for the damage. This is how they treat Platinum Elite Members here. The damage is slight, probably $500, so it's unfortunate that the valet chose to lie instead of doing what's right.
Was an excellent stay and the staff was too notch
I love Glenn Hotel. It was our first anniversary as a married couple and we had a wonderful time good drinks good food it was nice. The next morning we had breakfast and it was ok but overall I enjoyed having a little QT with my hubby.
