Was in town with my son this past weekend and chose The Glenn for its location to Phillips Arena, but Everything is close by. I experienced such warmth and class from the staff that I will regularly stay here from now on. Special Thanks to Don and the front desk staff for arranging to let me and my son take pictures from the roof even though it was closed. Exceptional service and Amazing memories all around. We stayed on a Thursday night, last minute trip. We were greeted with a very Friendly staff - and got a good price on the room too!
It was perfect location for a girl trip to see Adele. Staff were extremely friendly and customer oriented. The room was clean and the Atlanta skyline was gorgeous on the rooftop.
Amazing hotel & staff. Arrived late, checked in & ordered room service. Food was delivered in 20 minutes as promised & they were super busy because a concert had just gotten out & lobby was full of people. Hotel is located within walking distance to Philips arena, Centennial Park, College Football Hall of Fame, CNN, etc.
