Great staff, great location. We had a wonderful stay.
RecommendedThis is a great location next to CNN center. Here is my take on this place. Hotel is nice and the staff is very new and friendly BUT not to knowledgeable to understand Loyalty program. Given coupon for Breakfast and they brought me out a meal for a mouse. Charged me for the bacon. Service was good but I feel staff is not connected for the business traveler. If you hold them to the standard of their loyalty program they will only get better. But good location and value for room rate along with amenities and location is a good... read more

Great hotel, service was awesome a lot of friendly smiling faces!! They answered all of our questions without hesitation!! Hopefully we will return again!!
