I live here, and it’s a very quiet, totally decent place to live. I have yet to see anything negative, or any trouble makers. In the 4 months I’ve been here I’ve met some very nice neighbors. There’s an on site laundromat in the office building, playground and basketball court for children, and maintenance seems to be timely in the event they’re needed. Just a simple, peaceful place to live. No crime/criminals that I’ve seen and doubt there will be any.
This is a terrible place to live, I’ve lived here for 4 years with my wife, from finding a way to charge you back rent you’ve never owed never owed to the tune of 7,000 dollars after turning my disability letter in, to neglecting their apartments with infestations, leaks, and mold, to not keeping a property manager for longer than a couple of months. Terrible place to live. Terrible management. Take your payment and then try to kick you out for not paying. They can't keep managers. A new one every 6 months. They don't fix the apartments. Stay away. You can do better
