It’s nice and quiet and the people are living and caring. Other then that wish they had dryer hook ups in the apartments, the way prices are set up for food and gas then on top of that have to pay to dry or wash your clothes. If they have a washer set then there should be a dryer set up as well. I recommend staying over here
I was notified a letter saying that i was next for a 2 bedroom apartment and that i needed to call the office to confirm so i did call the office only to be told that “someone was ahead of me” and that my apartment was given to them so with that being said what was the point of sending me a letter in the mail?!? Me and children needed a place to stay
My daughter went to submitt an application today. The office manager were very nice and took the time and went over the application and added my daughter name to the waiting list. I would recommend this place anytime. The outside of the apratments were so clean and neat. I wish they had more afforable apartments in the Raleigh area that didn't have a waiting list.
