I liked the apartment setup itself. The area is pretty. I liked how close it was to the pkwy. However there was too much crime going on in the area for my family and I to stay. There were many fights in the parking lot. I was on the bottom floor and people would fight right at our window. TPD is frequently called out. My whole experience at Glen Oaks Apartments was bad. The office workers were never in the office; and when they were, service was bad. I had to call multiple times for maintenance. The complex was loud. There was always loud music or loud people/kids outside. The kids pulled the fire alarm every week and it did not end until the fire department came to turn it off. The police were there at least once a week for some type of disturbance. There were numerous fights in the parking lots (many during the midnight hours). I have n... read more
Moving here under present conditions would be a HUGH mistake for anyone.My initial experience @ Glen Oaks was great 6 years ago! About 2 year ago , however, things started to change. Things all began very simple and the process was gradual. First loud music then an occasional messy neighbor then came the noise. Now, our community has experienced shootings, & constant fights.
