Just moved in and on my second night here...TPD had a manhunt...I had to have a cop escort me out of my apartment!!! Repairs...I have placed 4 calls have yet to see a maintanence person fix my jammed door, leaking faucet, and gas...which smells loud all the time....I am so miserable! Seriously, considering making a major move and breaking this lease...It should be so worth it!

The floor plan is great, and the customer service as far as repairs and overall concern for tenants makes it worth while.
I have heard nothing but bad things about this place. The tennants have "tudes". They sit on your car.They give you dirty looks.My advice to those kids is to get a life, which will lead to the job, that will get you out of Glen Oaks Apartments. The office staff lies. I think they should all take a walk around the grounds one at at time, from 10pm to midnight, Then, and only then potential tennants there has been no random crime in thte complex.

I miss living there! I lived at Glen Oaks for 2 years and never had any major problems. The location is great for anyone who enjoys good food! Also it is on the South East side of town where I work. They also have the Home Ownership Incentive Program that I took advantage of and now my husband and I own our own house. The maintenance staff always responded to my requests in a timely manner and the office staff was always helpful and friendly.
