Verified Renter Not perfect but very very nice. Quiet and clean neighborhood, but washer and dryer amenities could be better but it’s still good that they offer it.
Verified Renter Overall, I like it here. The Glen Mar team are nice and friendly. Maintenance responds quickly to your request and Amber (leasing) is fantastic. She's very helpful and always so nice.

Verified Renter Buildings are kept clean, The grounds are kept up and the entire area looks pleasant. The office is neat and inviting, and the staff always acknowledges you.
I think the amenities at Glen Mar could be improve... I think the amenities at Glen Mar could be improved upon or fixed up, only some of them are working. It is hard to keep up with people or children that like to break things. Overall I think Morgan Properties CARES about their communities and I am great full to live in such a community.

Overall it’s been friendly experience and anytime ... Overall it’s been friendly experience and anytime there seems to be a problem they seem to handle it and fix it in a timely manner. And I appreciate that the employees are efficient to acknowledge and fix the situation around the apartment complex.

The staff are wonderful. We have had some ups and ... The staff are wonderful. We have had some ups and downs with plumbing issues. We also have extremely loud and disrespectful neighbors. Even with numerous complaints, nothing has been done.
