Verified Renter I feel like I have to give at least 3/5 since I have been here for 8 years. I will say the Staff Tries. They really do. ... But OTHER THAN THAT... I am out this year. Rent is extremely to high. You have to pay for " hot water" and amenities that we really don't have. I can't afford to live here any longer and the neighborhood has gotten horrible. Apartment Fires/ Shootings. Gangs in the laundry room... It is time to go.

Verified Renter The staff are wonderful. Amber is fantastic and is always willing to help. Maintenance staff are all nice and professional. The only problem is that the wall are thin and you can your neighbors above you.

Verified Renter Been here for a little over a year and although some things like the washer/dryers will break a lot they usually will try to fix it as quick as possible and it’s been somewhat safe to live around here and they do a decent job keeping the complex clean

Verified Renter Only 2 bad things 1. Neighbors in my building are disrespectful and loud. 2. The maintenance or whoever is hired to fix these apartments did a horrible job. The paint job is sloppy, they got paint on the floors, the bedroom doors and the front door is put on crooked, and the mail box was also installed wrong so I can’t even get into my mailbox. BUT other than those things I like it here. No one bothers each other and everyone is nice and friendly. Amber that works in the rental office is amazing!

Verified Renter Glen Mar properties is conveniently located and affordable. Jamie and amber are really nice. They have been very helpful with the move in process and always ready to answer questions. The gym is pretty good as well.
