Verified Renter Maintenance guy is great. My apartment is old though so everything is breaking every other week. Rent is also way too expensive for the living conditions and the area.

Verified Renter I have been here for almost 3 years and it has been the worst place I have ever lived. When I first moved in it was ok then everything came to light. The kids are disrespectful. The parking is horrible. Nothing gets done in a timely fashion. I didn't have roach issues at first but now they are a problem and my unit has been treated but nothing has change because no other units are being treated. Verified Renter Staff have been really great. I think our unit could have used a few updates to items that appeared to be either previous repairs that were done by someone who was trying their hand at a little DIY or just were not done well. Its obvious there have been several coats of paint over time but it was clean and everything seems to be in working order. Leasing people were very helpful.
