Verified Renter So far I am very happy here. The only problem I am having is, my sink has been stopped up for a few days. I put in maintenance request and it has not been fixed yet. And my patio door was rigged to work, not fixed or replaced. But, other than that, I am happy here.

I like that it’s quiet and not too many problems. there are a lot of different amenities in the area one thing that my children like is the soccer field they go out and they play flag football with their friends like the dog park for toy poodle. The parking spots could be a little bit bigger, but other than that, everything is great
Verified Renter This place is subpar. It isn’t bad but it isn’t great. The apartments, also subpar. Especially ours. It took 3 months to get a new stove/oven that worked and a new fridge that wasn’t leaking. Our shower knobs are super inconsistent so half the time it takes 5 min to adjust the water before it’s okay for you to get into it. The toilet messes up and continuously flushes til we fix it if you flush for “too long which we still haven’t figured the timing out so our guests always mess it up. Verified Renter We have a really loud neighbor and nothings ever been done about it. It affects our sleep because that’s all you can hear even with our noise machines, the neighbors are louder. It took us 3 months to get a new stove. We had to go through Thanksgiving without one. Our key fobs for the gym didn’t work when we first moved in, took over a month to get a new one and I still had to pay the amenities fees even tho I couldn’t access the gym and laundry. Verified Renter Good deal for the location. Mostly quiet. Added amenities this year withe merge of sister complex 3 blocks away. Allows for use of the pool. Very nice pool I must add.
Verified Renter Although I haven’t been in my apartment long, I believe that I will enjoy living here. The complex is in a good location, close to shopping, and close to interstate 97. I am already looking forward to using the pool this summer.
