This was, without question, the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a medium-length, choppy bob—but before I could even finish explaining, the stylist grabbed the scissors and hacked my hair off. No consultation, no precision, just reckless cutting. By the time she was done, I was left with barely any hair and a harsh, masculine cut that made me look like a boy. It felt like she had no plan, no care, and no interest in listening.
