Opened in 1997, this pub took Anchorage by storm. The menu holds a full selection of appetizers from Brewhouse Amber ale-battered halibut and calamari to desserts such as wood oven-roasted bread pudding or outstanding crème brulee. Entrees vary also, from an applewood grilled King Salmon, to a three peppercorn spit-roasted prime rib accompanied by garlic-mashed potatoes. Of course, don't forget to try the house-brewed beers.

Food came out cold, took forever, and food was horrible! Would not eat hear go to other local brew house!
Awesome range of beers Excellent service great food Amazing atmosphere
Business response:
Thank you for your review!
The service was okay at best - it took the waitress so long to even come say hello to our table that we were debating asking the hostess if anyone was waiting on that area. The beer was okay. I had one beer and my friend didn't finish hers. Although the place wasn't that busy it was so loud in there that we could barely hear each other. If you're looking to pay to much for mediocre, this is the place. 49th state brewing was much better.

10 of us were there on Sunday June 18 for brunch. The make your own bloody Mary was a big hit. Still thinking about the bacon salt rim. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. Service was great from being seated quickly and during our meal. Our waitress was very friendly. We stopped back on our way to Seward and the place was very busy but we were able to get seats at the bar. The raspberry beer was very enjoyable. Being from Philly the cheesesteak was just like from here, very good. The place has a nice fe... read more
