Opened in 1997, this pub took Anchorage by storm. The menu holds a full selection of appetizers from Brewhouse Amber ale-battered halibut and calamari to desserts such as wood oven-roasted bread pudding or outstanding crème brulee. Entrees vary also, from an applewood grilled King Salmon, to a three peppercorn spit-roasted prime rib accompanied by garlic-mashed potatoes. Of course, don't forget to try the house-brewed beers.

Friendly and fast service, great food, great beer.
This place is the talk of the town. A very nice architectural appearance, lots of wood and a very smart layout. You will need reservations wait time on a Wednesday was an hour and a half. Friendly and accommodating staff very knowledgeable about the food they serve.
Good beer! Very good good and excellent bread pudding! Great service
My wife and I visited yesterday. Had great food and great service.

I was never offered bread, had to ask twice for water, and my server seemed to want to spend his time chatting up a female server near the computer station instead of checking in on his customers. Compliments to everyone actually preparing the food. You will not be disappointed in the taste and quality of the food. But if management cou... read more

Pepper crusted halibut with strawberries, yes! Great food, fabulous friends...see ya next time!
You have to try the seafood chowder or calamari for a starter. Can't go wrong with a chili lime shrimp salad and halibut or fresh catch!
Worst steak the three of us have ever had. Mashed potatoes had chunks of half cooked potatoes. Asparagus was cold. But the steak... truly only could taste smoke. No other steak and we left over half of it because it was so tough!! Cooked to med rare as requested but that was it!! Gave our comment card to the manager and all she said was "Aww. I'm sorry". Really?? $35 Ribeye guaranteed great??! Not!!!
