Opened in 1997, this pub took Anchorage by storm. The menu holds a full selection of appetizers from Brewhouse Amber ale-battered halibut and calamari to desserts such as wood oven-roasted bread pudding or outstanding crème brulee. Entrees vary also, from an applewood grilled King Salmon, to a three peppercorn spit-roasted prime rib accompanied by garlic-mashed potatoes. Of course, don't forget to try the house-brewed beers.

Alaska Amber on tap, Seared Ahi with Soy Wasabi aioli and warm bread pudding with caramel sauce and butter pecan ice cream with a hot mug of Kaladi's Coffee last night. Excellent food and excellent service! Doesn't Get Any Better! �

My boyfriend took me there for mother's day dinner. I ordered the Ahi tuna spice, it was good, but my boyfriend's pizza was half burnt. I told my boyfriend let the waitress know your pizza is burnt and get another one. So our waitress and her excellent service was on point, and gave my boyfriend a new pizza. Yup, it's a nice place to eat.
Came in for my birthday and had a great time. Our server Amanda did an incredible job, super friendly and thurough. Great overall experience thanks to Amanda!!
The manager on staff tonight was a total biotch! Enough with the "ligit excuses" and fess up that the kitchen wasn't managed properly. Too bad the AK State Senator was dining with us. The entire legislature will know not to go here if you have a schedule to make.
Best atmosphere, best local brewed beer, best service, best food in Anchorage! If you want a knowledgeable and interactive waiter ask for Mark! He did a fantastic job. We have visited many places in Anchorage and they by far exceeded our expectations.

Family visited here a few years ago so maybe my expectations were high to begin with. I was told the best & biggest crab legs in Anchorage were right here & were a MUST-HAVE. When my $50 plate of crab legs came out, EXTREMELY underwhelming :( I have had better crab legs at red lobster sadly. The rest of the meal was good, but not great. The one shining start on this was the brew. The "Wild Turkey Belgian Quad" was outstanding. One of the most flavorful beers I have had in a while.
