We have purchased a property in Hobe Sound from this company and have experienced very poor customer service with the builder and their associates. Long story short, we discovered an issue with our new home and contacted the builder for services that were under warranty. The response was slow, inadequate and did meet the need of the problem. They continued to avoid taking responsibility for the issue but finally did. Even after admitting fault they yet to reimburse us for the $4k work done on the house. I can highly recommend G&L Developers if you’re looking for good quality, transparent and trustworthy relationships. I bought my first home from them and was treated with outmost respect and excellent personalized service, honest staff members, and of course quality product, finishes and great follow up.
