Communication is always quick and efficient, and we were kept fully apprised of the progress made on the home during its construction. Even after the books have been closed, we continue to do follow-up to verify that our expectations are fulfilled and that any issues are resolved.

The general contractor in charge was very professional, and once again, each stage of the building process was completed smoothly and with a grin. This man is a pro and knows exactly what he's doing. He breaks down everything into its component parts in great detail.

The Home Building is only part of the issue. It's the HOA and that is owned and run by the builder. Now as you walk through the beautiful models and see patio furniture on the patio (not screened in) you would think hmmmm I can have mine like this..... think again. You can't. It's false advertising and they ought to be ashamed. They have made it nearly impossible to enjoy the home we spent a small fortune on. I am looking for a Plus 55 Retirement Community Life Style The GL Model Homes are gorgeous and I am sure the built homes will be too, but I also want an active life style GL Homes fail in this regard I toured the beautiful complex and found zero stationary bikes, zero spin classes and zero Peloton Bikes which are plenty full at other communities The one restaurant is only open Wednesday through Sunday at 11am So no breakfast coffee, and bagels and no socializing with my friends after my morning workout Further when my Gra... read more

I toured the Riverland community in Port St. Lucie. When I registered, I told the assistant that I had a realtor, but did not have my realtor information with me. They said as long as I called them back with the info, everything would be fine. Now they state that I was required to give them the realtor info within 48 hours. I had 5 family members with me that confirm they never told me about the 48 hour deadline. They refuse to work with my realtor now. Can't believe they are willing to lose a home sale over this. All the windows and sliding doors were missing screens. I had to wait more than 5 months for them to install only to find out the sliding doors were installed in reversed and the screens could not be installed. GL home refused to fix them even thought I have 1 year home warranty and claimed the home was sold as it is. They don't care about the customer service and quality of their homes.
