I couldn't have asked for a better home builder.
We built our home with GL Homes, and we have been so impressed with both the sales process and our construction manager. They gave us weekly updates throughout the entire build. We knew what was going on in the house even when we weren’t able to visit in person. We love our new house.

Disregard the last 2 star review I wrote a few hours ago about my Madison Home. The garage people are coming tomorrow and the dead sod in my backyard will be heavily fertilized and watered
I just bought a new Madison model from GL Homes in Valencia Walk. The garage door has been leaking since we moved in and damaging our $2,500 custom garage floor They have not repaired it even though we have a 12 month warranty for defects like this and constantly ask them to sent a repairman. The sod in our backyard was partially dead when we moved in. We have tried to get it replaced but are meeting resistance from GL even though it has been fertilized a few times. GL Homes builds wonderful homes. They are great people to work with, and the construction quality is outstanding. They can be trusted and have a proven track record of designing and building first-class homes.
My first home with GL Homes is beautiful and very well-designed. I had minor repairs that needed attention within the first six months of moving into the home. Their manager was fantastic. He provided me with great customer service and made sure that all the repairs were attended to in a very timely manner.
