Terrible company and terrible people. No work ethic, liars no morals and no respect. They took $66,632 of my earnest money. Before to sign the contract I asked to sales woman, what will happened if my economical situation changes?. She response, that will be consider hardship situation, and we will give you your deposit back. After that her financial company try to qualify me for a loan that couldn't make it.
