We worked with GL Homes on our dream house, and we are truly thankful to everyone at GL Homes for the amazing job they did. Like any construction project, there were a lot of small nuances that came up, but they were on top of them and always came up with options and alternatives to get them resolved.
Everyone at GL Homes is nice and transparent. They were honest about what works and doesn’t in a home, things that will cost us more, and things that aren't necessary. There was no extra cost before completion, and our concerns were addressed.
I am more than impressed with the outcome of our first build with them; they will be handling our next project later this year.
We are impressed with their overall performance and the outcome of our build. Our communication was great, and the quality of materials used for construction was good too. Most of the houses in the community are top-quality houses, which shows the quality of houses they have consistently built.
I love how they go about their business. You get to choose from several designs, you get regular updates, and they deliver on time. The quality you paid for is exactly what you get. The community is lovely and the neighbors are friendly. we are never bored. This is the perfect community for the elderly.

They will make sure all work is done to a higher standard and will hold any subs accountable to make sure your home is constructed and presented to you in the highest quality. I couldn't have asked for a better home builder.
We built our home with GL Homes, and we have been so impressed with both the sales process and our construction manager. They gave us weekly updates throughout the entire build. We knew what was going on in the house even when we weren’t able to visit in person. We love our new house.
