I toured the Riverland community in Port St. Lucie. When I registered, I told the assistant that I had a realtor, but did not have my realtor information with me. They said as long as I called them back with the info, everything would be fine. Now they state that I was required to give them the realtor info within 48 hours. I had 5 family members with me that confirm they never told me about the 48 hour deadline. They refuse to work with my realtor now. Can't believe they are willing to lose a home sale over this. All the windows and sliding doors were missing screens. I had to wait more than 5 months for them to install only to find out the sliding doors were installed in reversed and the screens could not be installed. GL home refused to fix them even thought I have 1 year home warranty and claimed the home was sold as it is. They don't care about the customer service and quality of their homes.

The buildings are cheaply constructed. Within 3 years my home developed a major leak and all the walls got wet and developed mold. Although, it is being remediated, but this kind of major construction issue popping up in just the 3rd year of ownership is a shame on the builders, who have been taking shortcuts to deliver home. In the second year, I have to go through a major electrical wiring problem, which I was asked to pay as their internal wiring warranty expired after 1 year of handover.
